Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Our design team loves beautiful textiles and perfect tailoring, and is dedicated to making every Crittenden Rawlings garment something you will love and wear for many years.  We stand behind the quality of our designs, and strive to offer the best customer service in the business. We are confident you will love your purchase, but if there are any issues,  our amazing customer service team is here to help.   

We allow up to 30 days from receipt of order for items to be returned to us. If items are for refund or exchange, they must be returned in original condition, with tags still attached. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please return in original packaging (or equivalent), include original paperwork and clearly mark as "Return for Refund"  To start a return, you can contact us at info@crittendenrawlings.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Crittenden, 141 E Main St. Midway KY 40347 USA

If you prefer, you may exchange the item, in its original condition with tags still  attached, for something else, subject to stock availability. Please return in original packaging (or equivalent), include original paperwork and indicate the item you wish to exchange for. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please use Return Label we provide with your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, mainly custom products (such as made-to-measure, altered items, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SALE POLICY

If an item goes on sale within 10 days of your purchase we will match the new sale price and refund or give you an equivalent amount to the difference in a Crittenden Gift Card.
